Restaurant & Catering (R&C) is the only peak organisation representing the interests of the  35,000   restaurants, cafes and caterers in Australia. R&C reviews policies created by one of the three tiers of Government and where necessary, offers an alternative policy position on behalf of the industry. Some policy areas R&C are focused on include: Immigration; Healthy Eating; Superannuation; Education and Training; Food Safety; Workplace Relations; and Liquor Licensing.
