A survey is being conducted to collect feedback from employers on their views about their employee’s training experiences and outcomes. The survey outcomes play an important role in developing and delivering training at Restaurant & Catering.

Feedback from employers and learners
The survey is being conducted to collect feedback from employers and learners on their views about their learning experiences.
Restaurant & Catering Industry Association of NSW uses the feedback it receives from both employers and learners as part of its continuous improvement processes to ensure it provides quality training and assessment. Restaurant & Catering Industry Association of NSW must also provide a summary report of feedback from learners to its Registering Body to provide an indication of its performance. This is a condition of registration.
The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
Your response will help shape important decisions at the training organisation. Along with feedback from other employers and learners it will provide data that assists the organisation enhance the quality of its education and training. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
Please note that your response is private and confidential. Surveys will be handled by the RTO Operations Manager and submitted to Australian Skills Quality Authority for the collection of RTO, learner and employer data. Individual respondents will not be identified in any data or reports. Survey responses will not be linked with enrollment records.
Participation in this survey is highly valued, but voluntary. You are free to withdraw consent at any time. We will protect your anonymity and the confidentiality of your response to the fullest possible extent within the limits of the law.
